Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services in hotel front desk operations and customer support
- Assist with event coordination and tour program implementation
- Support marketing initiatives through digital content creation and social media management

- Maintain detailed operational reports and performance metrics

Qualifications
- Open to international candidates eligible for J1 Visa sponsorship

- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal)
