Responsibilities
- Assist in daily resort operations including front desk management, guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Support event planning and execution for conferences, weddings, and corporate retreats
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless service delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Participate in cross-departmental training rotations (F&B, Spa, Activities)
- Document operational processes and contribute to best practice manuals
- Assist with inventory management and vendor coordination
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of hospitality, tourism, or business program
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (non-US citizen)
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (required for occasional errands)
