Responsibilities
- Shadow senior managers in front office, guest relations, and event coordination departments
- Assist with daily operations including check-in/out processes and guest complaint resolution
- Participate in cross-functional training across food & beverage, housekeeping, and revenue management
- Contribute to seasonal marketing campaigns and guest satisfaction initiatives
- Complete monthly performance evaluations and professional development workshops
- Document operational procedures and create training materials for future staff
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a hospitality/ tourism degree program
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (DS-2019 ready)
- Intermediate English proficiency (TOEFL 550+ or equivalent)
- Customer service experience in a hospitality or retail setting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
