Responsibilities
- Shadow senior managers in hotel operations, guest services, and revenue management
- Assist in coordinating international guest experiences and cultural events
- Participate in weekly training modules covering hospitality leadership and US business practices
- Develop cross-cultural communication skills through daily guest interactions
- Contribute to property improvement projects and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain detailed progress reports and training journals
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Business
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (non-US citizen/resident)
- Intermediate English proficiency (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent)
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Availability for 12-month program commitment
- Basic knowledge of hospitality software (Opera/PMS preferred)
