Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, concierge, and event operations
- Assist in daily resort operations including inventory management and quality assurance
- Participate in cross-departmental training sessions and shadow senior management
- Support cultural exchange initiatives for international staff and guests
- Contribute to sustainability and guest satisfaction improvement projects
- Complete structured training modules in hospitality management best practices
Qualifications
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of hospitality/tourism program
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable team player with cultural sensitivity
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) preferred
- Availability for 6-month commitment (40 hours/week)
