Responsibilities
- Assist with daily front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Shadow senior managers in revenue optimization and yield management
- Participate in cross-departmental rotations (housekeeping, events, concierge)
- Contribute to guest satisfaction initiatives and feedback analysis
- Support sustainability programs and eco-tourism initiatives
- Attend weekly professional development workshops
- Document operational insights for continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality/tourism degree program or recent graduate
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (proof required)
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel software
- Must obtain Florida Food Handler's certification (training provided)
