Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for North American expansion initiatives
- Assist in developing international marketing campaigns targeting emerging markets
- Support cross-cultural communication strategies for global client partnerships
- Coordinate logistics for international trade missions and virtual summits
- Prepare reports on global market trends and consumer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with diverse teams across 3 continents on product localization
- Participate in weekly professional development seminars
Qualifications
- Current J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Recent graduate (within 12 months) or final-year student in Business/Marketing/International Relations
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated interest in cross-cultural business environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the USA under J1 Visa program
