Responsibilities
- Assist Team Operations: Support senior staff with daily administrative tasks and operational workflows relevant to your industry.
- Project Contribution: Participate in ongoing projects, contributing fresh perspectives and executing assigned tasks under mentorship.
- Attend Professional Workshops: Engage in weekly training sessions designed to enhance soft skills, industry knowledge, and cross-cultural communication.
- Shadowing & Observation: Observe professional practices within the company to understand corporate structures and workflows.
- Market Research: Conduct research and compile data to assist management in making informed business decisions.
- Client Support: Provide high-quality customer service support to internal and external clients as required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of work progress.
Qualifications
- Valid J1 Visa: Must currently hold a valid J1 Trainee Visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Field of Study: Relevant academic background or coursework in the specific area of the internship.
- Professional Demeanor: Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and enthusiasm for learning.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including potential evening or weekend shifts as needed.
- Openness: A willingness to engage in cultural exchange and adapt to a new working environment.
