Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems across 100+ endpoints
- Diagnose and resolve complex network/infrastructure issues within SLA targets
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including VPN, firewalls, and access controls
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Document IT processes and create training materials for end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in IT support/network administration (CCNA/CompTIA Network+)
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with cloud migration and SaaS platforms
- Valid US work authorization required for sponsorship consideration
