Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across cloud/on-premise environments
- Collaborate with development teams on system integration and troubleshooting
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team training
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance contracts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with Windows/Linux systems
- Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Experience with Azure/AWS cloud environments and SaaS platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, etc.)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
