Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and resolve system outages, security incidents, and user access issues
- Deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions including Azure and AWS services
- Document IT processes and create comprehensive knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Conduct regular system audits and implement security best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent customer service skills
