Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems using company-provided equipment
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for network infrastructure and cloud services
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives and compliance
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Implement disaster recovery protocols and data backup solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in IT support with hardware/software troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems and network protocols
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance tasks
