Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal staff and external clients.
- Manage and track service tickets in our ticketing system with high accuracy.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and obtain industry certifications (we sponsor training).
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office, Email).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
