Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues, including printer setup and connectivity.
- Manage and update the company's asset inventory and IT supply stock.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- No Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED is the minimum requirement.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to the Lubbock office.
