Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Configure, deploy, and manage new workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain and update user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical risks.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure seamless infrastructure operations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not mandatory.
