Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing system and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems with minimal downtime for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols (Active Directory).
- Document all technical procedures and incident resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to upgrade systems and implement new technologies.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical training is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
