Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
- Participate in regular IT training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology trends.
- Conduct basic IT audits and inventory checks to ensure equipment is accounted for.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus but not required).
- Basic computer literacy with a strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
