Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across diverse platforms
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access controls

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, and network administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
