Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory and software licenses.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- No prior IT experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
