Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless technology implementations
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational assets
- Automate workflows using scripting languages (Python/PowerShell)
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in network security protocols and best practices
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages
