Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure system compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions
- Document system configurations, processes, and incident reports
- Lead system upgrades and migration projects with minimal disruption
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Certifications in CompTIA Network+, Security+, or relevant vendor certifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
