Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex system issues across 500+ endpoints
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and threat mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions
- Document system architectures and create technical operation manuals
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure management with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certified in CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall systems
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in troubleshooting complex systems
- Eligible for US work authorization (visa sponsorship provided)
