Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware/software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy IT solutions
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT operations for maximum efficiency
- Document IT processes, policies, and incident reports
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid work authorization in the US or willingness to relocate with visa sponsorship
