Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and maintain server systems (Windows/Linux) with virtualization technologies
- Oversee cloud services (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud architecture deployments
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues with SLA adherence
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation in compliance with standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor system performance using monitoring tools and optimize resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Proficiency in network administration (Cisco/Juniper certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware)
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
