Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure and cloud systems
- Provide 24/7 technical support for hardware, software, and security protocols
- Deploy and configure enterprise-grade equipment including servers, switches, and IoT devices
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization across hybrid environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable IT solutions
- Document infrastructure configurations and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure or systems administration role
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Certification in CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent required
- Strong experience with network security protocols and firewalls
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
