Responsibilities

- Provide tier-1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote tools
- Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures using ITIL methodologies
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects during mentorship phase
- Obtain CompTIA A+ and AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications during employment
- Participate in agile development cycles for internal tech initiatives
- Support Windows Server and Linux environments in hybrid-cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
