Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week paid training in IT infrastructure, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity protocols
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via ticketing systems and remote diagnostics
- Deploy and configure network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor system health using tools like SolarWinds and Splunk
- Collaborate with senior engineers on enterprise migration projects
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networking concepts
- Authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification during training
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
