- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Pioneer sustainable tech solutions for circular economy implementation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 12+ years experience in corporate innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio management
- Exceptional stakeholder management across executive, technical, and investor audiences
- Certification in Design Thinking or Agile Methodologies required
