Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation funding through compelling business cases
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureWorks Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy
