As a key member of our C-Suite Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethics specialists, and sustainable design pioneers to build the blueprint for 2026's disruptive innovations. Your work will directly influence $500M+ in product development and market expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning technological forecasts with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing concepts (quantum applications, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for 2026-relevant breakthroughs
- Develop foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Present innovation strategies to C-Suite and Board, securing approval for $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 3-5 year vision cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (MIT Tech Review, HBR, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for innovation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
