Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial automation systems
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic/pneumatic equipment using company-provided diagnostic tools
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machinery and robotic arms
- Document service reports using our digital maintenance platform
- Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment optimization projects
- Train junior technicians on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree needed)
- Minimum 2 years mechanical maintenance experience
- Basic proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain company-sponsored certifications
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
