Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise in the warehouse for timely shipment.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory using scanners and systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of packages for delivery to our Nashville and regional clients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
