- Provide remote technical support for 500+ employees across Atlanta headquarters and distributed teams
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS, cloud platforms, and network connectivity
- Manage ticketing system with SLA adherence and proactive communication
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct security awareness training
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent technical expertise
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and cloud environments
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
