Responsibilities
- Lead complex Salesforce implementation projects using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
- Optimize existing Salesforce environments for performance and scalability
- Develop integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Automate testing processes to ensure deployment quality
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years in Apex/LWC
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification required
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
