Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with digital campaign management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through marketing initiatives
- Expert proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
