Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
- Perform routine warehouse maintenance and cleanliness checks
Qualifications
- Ability to start work immediately (within 48 hours of offer)
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training available if needed)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
