Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and service issues with first-call resolution
- Process orders and update customer databases in real-time
- Collaborate with tech teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for satisfaction and efficiency
- Train new hires on customer service protocols and tools
- Participate in quarterly improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Spanish bilingual certification a major plus
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics
