Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 warehouse associates with performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and cost reduction
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations and timely shipments
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes
- Forklift certification and ability to operate various warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying climate conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
