Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy while meeting tight deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse spaces
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certifications
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 1 week
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and immediate availability for day/night shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
