Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in 50,000+ sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Assist in loading/unloading trailers with team coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license (forklift experience not required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
