- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Manage inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members on loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stamina for 8+ hour shifts on feet
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation

- Willingness to pass background check
