Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure OSHA compliance
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexible availability to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
