Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipping containers and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Sort, scan, and inventory incoming/outgoing shipments with RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
