Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting
- Inspect products for quality and damage
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Reliable transportation to North Milwaukee facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
