Responsibilities
- Accurately package, label, and ship products according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Point Drive location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work flexible shifts (morning/afternoon/evening)
- Background check required (no felonies)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
