- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical issues.
- Provide training and guidance to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and resolve problems under pressure.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
