Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within SLA timeframes

- Provide technical guidance to junior team members during onboarding
- Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Terraform
- Strong problem-solving abilities with incident management experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 10% of the time
