Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency across platforms
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion rates
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the team
- Present design strategies and solutions to executive leadership with clear rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-driven design decisions
- Proven ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
