Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and effective knowledge sharing within the team.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
