Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure security compliance and data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a modern language (Java, Python, or Go).
- Strong proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
